An experienced financier, coach and actor, Callum combined his expertise in business and theatre to create BSC. Having worked with Lombard for 9 years and as an actor for the past 10 years Callum’s unique set of skills and experience have enabled BSC to work with some of the leading businesses throughout the UK and Europe. Callum’s passion for creating truly inspiring experiential learning is what fuels BSC’s success.

All of BSC's consultants, coaches and facilitators are highly experienced in working with many businesses. All have theatre and business backgrounds. We work with our clients to ensure that we provide teams with the most relevant skills and a good understanding of your business and your people. Like you, our people are our greatest asset and we take a long time to select and train only the best; we constantly challenge ourselves and open our minds to new ideas that we feed into our work.

Our facilitators and coaches explore, challenge and motivate people. They are all highly experienced in working with actors and help participants work through simulations with actors in a safe yet challenging way. They bring a sublime mix of skills that enable them to address the needs of the individual, the team and the impact on the business.

Our professional actors are specifically selected and trained by us for each client. All of our actors are highly experienced in working in business and have a comprehensive understanding of the corporate world.
